The Palestinians to resume peace talks within one month and aim for a deal by the end of 2012.

The  President Barack Obama Abbas earlier this week that the United States would use its veto in the Security Council to block the attempt of Palestine.I still hope that President Abbas will be my partner in peace," Netanyahu said in his speech at the General Assembly. the United States can only say that a Palestinian state can be achieved through talks with Israel - and not through the UN resolutions.it needed the support of nine members of the council's 15, with no veto from the permanent membership, the delegates to him a standing ovation, and some were clapping and whistling, even in support. The time has come for a brave and proud people, and after decades of colonial occupation and displacement and suffering is not stopped, the European Union and the United Nations and the United States and Russia.

there will be a commitment by both sides that the objective of any negotiation is to reach agreement within the time frame agreed upon by both parties but not longer than the end of 2012.the European Union Baroness (Catherine) and Ashton said she hoped both sides would be a positive reaction to the plan.

"I call upon the members of the Security Council to vote for full membership," Abbas told the General Assembly, in what was his emotional speech is normal.the Security Council urged to support the state with the pre-1967 borders. Mr. Abbas made a formal request for a Palestinian state to become a full member of the United Nations. It is because of Israeli concerns about security, because the Palestinian people have waited long for their country."
